You've got questions. We've got answers.
How do I get an estimate? How much does it cost?
Call us to come out and assess the problems you may be experiencing with your appliances. Estimates are $80, which includes dioagnosis and trip charge.
If repairs are made, the $80 is applied to the total. You pay the same whether the neccessary parts are on the truck or need to be ordered.
How do I know if my appliance is worth repairing?
This will depend on the type, age, and condition of the appliance. Our professionals can help you determine whether or not it should be repaired. We take pride in giving our customers the best advice possible.
For the price of a service call, we'll not only tell you what is wrong with your appliance and how much it costs to repair, but whether or not the repair is cost effective, given the type and condition of your appliance.
I have an old appliance that doesn't work anymore, and I need to get rid of it. What can I do?
If you are in Minneapolis, you can put it out with your garbage and the city will collect it free of charge. Mark it "solid waste."
If you are in another area, we suggest calling your local recycling center. To locate places you can drop off your appliances for proper disposal, click here.
Will my appliance be fixed the same day?
We travel with most-used parts. Also, when you discuss your repair needs with us over the phone, we will bring specific parts with us if we have a good idea of what the problem might be. However, you pay the same whether we need to order a part or we have it on the truck.
Although we stock many parts, occasionally we do have to order parts from the manufacturer. Items in stock may arrive in one or two days. Special orders can take one to seven business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
All calls are COD upon completion.
My dishes are cloudy. Does my dishwasher need repair?
Cloudy dishes are caused from hard water deposits. The Twin Cities has good water so that won't be an issue here. If you are in a surrounding area, you can call the municipality for the hardness level of your local water. This will determine if you need a softener or not. If water softener is in question, call your water softening technician.
What areas do you service?
We serve the twin cities and surounding areas. Call us for service.
